International Management

Recommended Posts

If I may give you a great tip, something I did myself, try to become the U-17/U-20 coach of your current nation, then kick out everyone from the team and fill it up with your club youngsters.

Congratulations! You are now corrupt and all your youngsters are extremely pleased at the same time!

Works even better when many of the players on the team was from your rivals.

I do normally buy a couple of my U21-s that need development for reserves, possibly back-up, when I'm managing an international side. Just so they benefit from having good coaches and training facilities.
