Manager career

Hello guys! Im making a manager career around Germany. I started with Heindemheim and made a really good work resting on the mid of table for two seasons.Then when my contract finnished and I picked a job on Offenbach Kickers and I managed to promote with them (they have a great squad and a good amount of money for the division). So I get an offer from Bolton, it was ridiculous good for me, but I didnt want to break my contract so I refused the offer.

The question is. Can I get blacklisted by a team for refusing their contract offers? I include on this offers the renovation and also the sign in ones. If I dismiss and go to another team can I get blacklisted? How can I know if im blacklisted?

I dont want to be a hated manager, and want to have some fidelity to my clubs, but also I want to try with bigger clubs, as every manager in the world wants, because im "roleplaying".
