The program can't start because d3dx9_37.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this program.

I would suggest that you download and install the latest version of direct x

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3

Even though it is a new pc you should probably also check with the manufacturer of your graphics card for the latest drivers.

Finally I would get the latest version of java.http://www.java.com/en/download/inc/windows_upgrade_xpi.jsp

It's a link to the file you are missing,no idea what and where you put this file though.

Before you download anything i'd wait for more advice from this forum.

I get the message " d3dx9_41.dll not found"

If you receive this message, update to the latest version of DirectX available from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-US...s/directx.aspx

If you continue to have issues with DirectX, there are further links below:

DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Or for the full package

DirectX End-User Runtimes (August 2009)

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...1-442d8712d553

I found this in the FAQ in case it can give you more help.
