I have seemed to tried every option possible :( i am currently in charge of Crawley town in the Blue square Premiership my first season i just suvived relegation my setup is 4-3-3 (Attacking, short, comitted) pressing Yes all others no i have also tried 4-1-2-1-1 (Attacking,Direct,Commited) pressing Yes all others no

Any ideas or help in what to do?

Ah the joys of Lower League Management! :thup:

Apart from searching for free players and picking up some loans the best thing to do is experiment with your tactics in pre-season.

During my Gateshead game I just played the 'basic' 4-4-2. Nothing fancy but it did the job and I enjoyed some succesful seasons playing with that tactic. Try it. ;)
