Best way to get set pieces.

As a relegation battling team I'm very reliant on set pieces so can I increase the amount I get.

If i set more players to long shots will that give me more corners.

And what about throws. Can I tell my players to hit the ball long and wide to get throw high up the pitch.

You need your opponent to knock the ball out of play, not your team!

I'd say for corners play wide focus down flanks, play a lot of driven crosses hope it hits one of their defenders regulary and long shots i guess could help. lemme know if it works.

That obvious. Its a basic rule that you need the opposition to hit the ball out. My point is if you hit the ball long and wide does it give a better chance of the oppo hiting the ball out in terms of the game ME will this work.

i have never quite got the knack of making the most of set-peices personally, so do not have much advice. apart from using the player instructions to put your strongest player on the goalkeeper and your two best headers inside the 6 yard box and aiming your corners at your best header
