Morale

What do you guys do when a players morale has dropped to very poor? Is there a way to raise it up?

Does it affect the other players in the squad?

Iam thinking of just sending him to the reserves and offer him to other clubs.

How about finding out what his problem is?

If he is playing it is possible to raise or lower morale by using the player interactions and commenting on his form.

Apart from that, you need to find the reason for his poor morale and see if it is correctable.

Well he was upset because he wanted to be on par with some of my other top players wages. But iam not gonna raise them because iam working on a pretty tight budget right now. And i comment on his performances but hes still very poor

Make him available for reserves - when the reserve team wins and he has a good game his morale will spike up (hopefully to about good) - problem solved

yeah the better he plays the more his morale will go up and then he may comment saying he wants more wages and just say hell get more at the end of the year or soon
