It can happen if you just hired your ass man and he doesn't know the players of the league you are playing so he doesn't know which OI to use. Omnipherous Posted April 26, 2010 Share Posted April 26, 2010 I think it may also be down to the Tactical Knowledge rating of your ass man - with lower numbers, he may only be able to give advice about poor opposition, if your opposition are too good, he's out of his depth and can't suggest anything - at least, that's what I reckon from my experiences..
