Only other nations apart from my irish nationality on my profile is luxemburg. I had algeria but its been 4years or so since i managed them but its recently disappeared.

Well I'm manging in Spain, I've got Swiss second nationality (slight exploit), Cameroon was because I was U-21 manager for 3 months until I quit on first squad selection day as I couldn't pick my best 8 players (the rest were really bad), and Turkey because I'm managing there too.

Gazza's attributes are amazing!

What is Domestic player bias?

Using/Buying players from the country your managing in (in this case, English), over foreign players.

Be aware, that is my profile, I just like to play as real life people.

Domestic Player Bias, is if how often you sign players who are the same nationality as the nation you manage in.

As an example, I am Newcastle in the English Premiership, so the more English players I sign the higher my Domestic Player Bias should be.

In the early seasons, that Attribute was way down at 6 as I signed a lot of cheep foreign stars, but it has slowly been creeping up as I sell them on and replace them with young English stars.

On a recent international break, 35 of my players were called up for main or youth teams, but only 3 of those 35 where called up to none English sides.

EDIT: What Tyoldinho said.
