300-1 but with outside chance? I finished 7th last season but lost every game against the top 4 who are in a league of there own.

Yeah something like that, maybe related to the "reputation doesn't grow fast enough" thread somewhere in this forum.

On the other hand tons of people won't be jumping to join, say, Birmingham any time soon despite the fact they've done quite well this season (people will be interested, true, but it's not a given) - see "second-season syndrome".

The main point is though the odds don't match the statement. Outside chance should be 16-1 or 20-1 at most. Last season we were relegation favs. and I think our odds were 250-1
