Rotation players injured in first few mins (minor rant)

Don't get me wrong this is the first version of Fm since 2005 that I have still be playing in march let alone mid April. My Team is performing well but

I play with 7/8 first team regulars an 5/6 rotation players. On average once a match (but not every match) I bring on a sub from my rotation squad and he gets injured within minutes. The guys are all match fit and also play around have as many games a season. This has caused me to loose several games this season often crucial ones.

Often the injury does not show up but the player drops to 60%. Many of the rotation players pick these sort of injuries when they start a match as well.

The first team don't get these any where as often. Any Ideas?:confused:
