Old Assistants using your tactics

Im currently playing a long term save where I am trying to win all the big european leagues. 9th season and im now back in England with Arsenal. My last two clubs however (Inter and Valencia) have both hired my assistant as manager when I left. Just thinking it would be so cool if they used a sort of form of my tactic that done these clubs so well when i was there.

Does anyone else think this would be a great addition to the game? Would make the game a bit harder too and alot more fun when playing older teams
