Are there a comprehensive transfer list / loan list database In Real Life?

So I was thinking,

For real football managers in the industry, is there a comprehensive transfer list database from which they can access information on whether a player is for sale/loan? If not, does that mean each office keeps its own record of who is going on the transfer list in clubs around the nation/globe? Surely, before the old days, things were all done by fax but with us entering the digital age, would there be a digital list database accessible by clubs?

Here in Denmark there is a transfer list
