Loan bug?

I had this bug in FM09 and it seems that it's back in FM10. I loaned a player (the other club approached me for a backup player and gave a loan fee) however this happened:

A- He doesn't appear on the loan page although his name is blued and he appears on team B's page

B- On the screen of his profile it doesn't say "on loan at team B"

I've had this problem once myself and it also happens for the AI as one of my shortlisted players had it and was eventually released when his contract ran down. It seems the only way to do get round it is to release the player when his contact ends, I did the same with my own player which it happened, luckily he wasn't a player I was desparate to hold on to.

I didn't attempt to correct it with an editor so I'm not sure if it can be done. It seems to be a common bug though and is potentially very annoying as you know there is a risk of loanees never returning. Here is a link form the bugs forum to the problem:
