Where are completed transfer conditions?

Hi,

I just signed a player, and the game says:

Tottenham have signed Pascal Laberrere from AS Monaco FC on a free transfer.

Subject to conditions, however, the transfer may eventually rise to £8,000,000.

AS Monaco FC will receive a compensation fee of £3,000,000 as part of the deal.

Presumably the "conditions" are things like the number of appearances. Where can I find these conditions in the game? How do I know what will trigger the extra £5 million?
