Complacency against Spain?

Kinda curious as to how the game judges 'weaker oppositions.' I'm managing Brazil, ranked 3rd in the world, and we have a friendly against Spain, ranked 2, and it just asked me if I think complacency would be an issue and how I would motivate the squad to play against a weaker side. Wtf mates?

I think Brazil in the game are fool, they think they are the better, and if the manager lose a match in the group stage of any competition, he is got sacked, or lose some frienlies haha. So this doesnt surprise me a lot

Friendlies are always likely to cause complacency.

Seen lots of Brazil managers sacked in my saves, they are very demanding.

Even so, the spain team are ranked higher, and at the very least are of similar stature. Its difficult to see complacency in this match.

Indeed they are. In my game they at manager nr 16 in only 14 years.

The world rankings don't count for much in the game no matter what position you are, it's all tied to the nations reputation which stays the same no matter how well they do. You could win the world cup twice with San Marino or an average nation and you would still be classed as minnows and getting odds of 30-1 to lose each match against any opposition.

I accepted the Brazil job, I drew my first match, my job is literally on the line. I am about to lead them into the 2018 World Cup, even with my past history....
