declining job offers - frusutrating

I've just become the Uruguay manager and I am trying to bring in some coaching staff, because atm there is only one assistant manager in the whole backroom staff. Now I have tried searching for and eventually offered loads of roles to Urugyuan coaches and unemployed staff who speak spanish - but every single one has declined the coaching jobs/U20 team manager.

Has anyone got any tips how I can just get a couple of people in quickly? cheers.

Mmmmm dunno I tried to get a good assistant with Southafrica and managed to get Stoichkov, try with him.

I've found the best way is to put out a job advert, although even then you sometimes can't get anyone. I had a spell with Russia with no physios at all

I dont even bother with minor Int jobs because of this. Its a real hassle finding anyone, usually because only a person of the same nationality will take it and quite often theres no one in the database that fits that description.
