Over time in FM like in real life training and youth facilities "get dated" and require further investment even when you currently have the best possible. michaeltmurrayuk Posted April 17, 2010 Share Posted April 17, 2010 It is best to ask towards the end of the season as the board only seem to start upgrading facilities around the season update time, so if you ask with a couple of games left (providing you have the money) the board should start the upgrade at the end of the season but if you ask at the start of the next season they won't upgrade them until the end of that season.
