is it me or on patch 3 can u manage more countrys ive only gt england, spain and scotland loaded and im able to be norway and colombia for example

You need 32 players from a country to manage it. If the leagues you have loaded have at least 32 Norwegian players, Colombian players, etcetera, you will be able to manage that national team.

Player transfers might slightly change which teams are available when the .3 patch is applied.
