Single iconic moments can make a player favoured personnel (though they will often drop off the list again, after a little while). FM fans don't seem to appreciate loyalty as much as fans do IRL though, I must say. Being a loyal club servant is far from guaranteed to get a player onto the list. One of my players scored 4 goals in a game and got himself on the favoured personnel list and then after pre-season he has disappeared... I find it pretty poor how a player can just vanish from the list and how loyal players sometimes don't even reach the favoured personnel list...
