Pre-Match issue

When I am in pre match, the game acts as though it is half time. The continue button says 'PLAY' and is greyed out and I have to manually click the 'team talk' and 'OI' buttons instead of pressing it where the continue button is... Then I have to 'Confirm Changes' at the bottom of the screen to un-grey out the play button. Then the match starts so quickly that the match starts before I can hit pause and make some 'shouts'.

I've deleted the Cache, but that made no difference. This has happened to me before, but to fix it all I did was quit game and reload. This time it makes no difference. Is there any settings or whatever that cause this? There is a settings folder in the same folder that the Cache folder is in, but I'm scared of deleting it in case it messes something else up because I don't really fancy a total re-install or losing any savedata...

Could be the skin- try starting a new gam with the deafult skin and see if the problem is still there
