Permanent caretaker managers

I'm 2 seasons in, using 10.3 from the start of this save, and I've noticed that Tranmere Rovers and a lower league Greek team do not have a permanent manager. In the Jobs Available page the vacancies are not there, but on the jobs security tab the two teams are always there as available.

Does this happen to anyone else? Even with any other teams? If so, do they ever get filled?

Or is it a known bug with 10.3? (I have searched but nothing of relevance came up)

Are you kidding me? Why would the vacancy be termed as available in the job security tab?

In not advertising the job the vacancy is never getting filled. Which leads me to think it may be a bug with 10.3.

Does anyone have the same thing happening in their save?

the board maybe happy with the caretaker manager for the foreseeable future. happens in real life.

Tranmere have Les Parry as manager until the end of the season

Ok, I accept that. So when this happens in your save, does the vacancy get filled after a season or two when the board become disillusioned with the caretaker manager? If so, I'll be satisfied it is not a bug and just a more realistic game.

I've just checked the caretaker manager roles at both clubs, and they have contracts until 2015 and 2014 as caretaker managers! So I take it all back, it looks like it is not a bug, just a more realistic game. Thanks guys
