International staff

i have taken a job as the ivory coast manager in the first season just before the world cup, the problem is i cant get any staff to take a job for me. i started with an assistant and an U21 manager, i got rid of the assistant but cant get anyone to replace him. i have tried loads of staff with no success and even tried the lowest reputation members of staff that i can find but no body will take the job. what can i do?

Try signings staff who are from the Ivory Coast.

I am currently England manager in 2014 and we have been ranked number 1 for the last 4 years and despite this I am unable to get anybody to become England staff if they are not English.

1.) Put out a job advertisement. You will start getting applications.

2.) Manually offer the job to various staff that aren't already attached to a national team.

3.) Offer the national team positions to your own club staff members.

Can't guarantee that you'll immediately get top staff through any of these methods, but this is where I start when filling out a national team staff.

yeah that was my first thought, but im playing as rangers with scotland and england loaded so i dont think there are any ivorian staff, at least i couldnt find any.

a job adverts a good idea thanks, i dont need top staff, just any staff.

I have only managed to get coachs from the same nation, or ones that already work with my in my club (I manage Man city and England)
