Omnipherous Posted April 15, 2010 Share Posted April 15, 2010 You can only get a youth academy by requesting your board to improve you facilities (in the Board Room Screen). Depending on the finances of your club, they may/may not agree. It could also take multiple improvements, and a whole shed load of cash to get up to an academy though, depending on the current state of your youth facilities.
