Top 5 in league. team p w d l f a gd pts barca 38 38 0 0 133 23 110 114 betis 38 22 7 9 78 46 32 73 valencia 38 22 5 11 71 46 25 71 at. madr 38 19 10 9 62 41 21 67 depor 38 20 5 13 69 51 18 65 used a 5-3-2 almost all the way through, won league, spanish cup, super cup, champions league & euro super cup. keepers : Ocha, Akinfeev def : Puyol, Marquez, Coloccini DML/R : Zonneveld, Vanden Borre mid : Ronaldinho, Mikel, Mokoena att : Ribeiro, Pazzini Squad Players : Adriano DML Leonardo DC Messi mid Eto'o att Adu mid Llorente att Mascherano mid Kompany def Iniesta mid Xavi mid Tuncay mid First season won champions league, spanish cup, super cup Second season won everyfin. this game is kwallity. weebluefish Posted May 6, 2006 Author Share Posted May 6, 2006 I used the standard 5-3-2 and just waited, when I got to the last 20 mins of a game if I was having a 0-0 draw i brought on 3 attacking players and set them to keep going forward, used short passing too. If I was winning a game and it was a really tight affair, I changed to playing the long ball and kept players back.freshened up the midfield mid way through the second half.Fresh players make a difference when introduced at the right time. It wasnt a boring season, a lot of the matches I played where really tense. 0-0 or 1-1.. A classy young Leo Messi comes on with 20mins to go and turns the defenders inside out, grabs the winner and bangs in another for good measure.Jon Obi Mikel (super sub).. I had a blast... lol, the first match in the 08/09 season was depor, I got spanked 3-0.That season was a freak, everything just clicked.But it was mega.great fun.
