ryan_sacfc Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 Is there a knack to it? I have never had much luck in domestic cups. I mean leagues are okay, and even Europe is fine, but I never seem to get the hang of domestic trophies, like the FA Cup or FA Trophy. Am I doing something wrong? I tend to keep with the same formation, play my best side and give them the same team talks. Should I manage differently in the cup or something. craigcwwe Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 Well i got Alfreton (BSN) to the 2nd round proper of the FA trophy and 1st round proper of the FA cup by playing defensive tactics away and my normal attacking formation at home and i beat some teams 2 divisions above me.
