Worried by lack of managerial discipline

I get a message saying Lampard is "worried about lack of managerial discipline" and wants to call a team meeting.

But when I go on to player interaction there is no option to call a team meeting? So he has had the slight concern button next to his name for a while now and cant get rid of it.

You can go to backroom advice and do it from there i think. Thats where i found the option to hold one.

you can call up a team meeting by commenting on one of your players. try your captain or someone with high influence.

You can't hold a team meeting to discuss a lack of managerial discipline. The best thing to do for that is next time someone gets sent off, fine them a weeks wages. Or, if they play poorly enough to be warned or fined, do that. The best times are when its the person who complained about a lack of discipline play badly, cos then you get to ironically punish them waaaay over the top.

I'm assuming that you recently appealed a red card, or didn't warn a played for picking up one.
