eplkewell Posted April 9, 2010 Share Posted April 9, 2010 I'm managing Argentina, but can only scout competitions in England, Scotland, and France. I've loaded all of the major European leagues. I have them all set to "view-only" except for England, where I am also managing. It would make sense to me if I could send my scouts to only England, but being able to have my international coaches scout in Scotland and France, but not Spain or Italy makes no sense.
