Currently, there are offers flying in for my World Class coaches

I'm wondering which is best to do.

Let this world class coaches go, take the €1.1M compensation, and get another coach that has a similar star rating

Is the reputation of the coach worth the expense or should I just keep going for the value for money and once they are overpaid, look for the next good cheap coach??

Last season, I was spending €9M in staff wages, I think I've "sold" 5-6 coaches that were earning €7.5k p/w this season. I've saved myself a couple of million and the standard of coaching hasnt dropped, its actually been improved but the reps are lower.

What do you do?

But at one stage, the coaches I had were low rep but I had to keep upping the wages to fend off other clubs. Now alot of them are world class but on big contracts.

I've started the cull but I wonder if its a mistake and that world class rep coaches have an effective I'm not thinking of.
