Is there any lists of what manageable countries qualify for what tournaments. I know that Brazilian teams go into the South American one but do Mexican teams also enter this or not? Do Australia enter the Asian one? Is there a North American one with MLS teams and Mexican teams in in? Is there only an Asian one, European and South American?
