Quick Question about Premier League Squad Numbers?

I'm MAnchester Utd in 2011. When I choose my Squad Numbers I can only choose 25. Does this mean that for the whole year I may have 25 players in my Squad??

Becuase last Year (In real Life), Alex Feguson used about 35 different players, (including Mecheda, Welback, Gibson, etc.)

Yeah. So guys like Macheda etc don't need a squad number. I think it's anyone who it 21 or younger on August 1st of that year.

yes any player under 21 does not have to be registered i believe its the same for all competions you will play in,

I myself always registered the oldest 25 players in my squad

just signed a 16 year old from Inter, and it syas in the new report that he will have to be given a squad number to play for Man Utd....

How come he needs one?

But last year (and this) there were no squad restrictions in the EPL.

As others have said, you can only assign 25 players a shirt number, but anybody aged under 21 doesn't have to have a number.

I personally love this rule, it means that in my squad I only have to register 1 player, as I only have 1 player in my entire first team, reserve and youth team aged over 21!
