sharpeOne Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 i started an experiment the other day by adding a b and c team for my club, one in league 2 and one in the championship with my team in the premier league. with the purpose being having greater control over the development of my youth players by having them use the best training facilities and the best coaches that my first team use wittout haing to send them out on loan to get first team experience. i am nealry through my first season but have noticed that none of my youth players have improved at all despite me having 5* coaches for everything and all playing regular football in between the b and c teams i was wondering if anyone else has tried this and had any success?
