scout improvements

hows it goin....okay i've been playing fm since fm07 and its the best manager game or any game i've played, even tho i've played fm07 08 09 and now fm10 i still think im a rookie at it.

but enough sidetracking, i wanted to kno if u send scouts out on multiple assignments do they improve their stats over time like the players do with training and math experience?

Young scouts (relatively- say under 40/45?) will increase their attribute, yes, as will physios and coaches.
