But anyway, make sure you send them to nations that you have selected as having playable leagues - otherwise there may be no players there for them to scout. I have amazing strikers, a couple of world beating midfielders, and the 2 best DCs' in my game (all regens), the result is a 16 year old whos tipped to be a leading liga bbva striker is still only 2.5/3 stars.
