Austrian Team's Why So Many Players?

I just accepted a job offer from an Austrian team a league which I've never managed in before and the first thing I notice they have lot's of players. So why is this and what do I do with them all?

either loan them out or release them all. try and get a feeder club if you can.as for why they have loads of players i have no idea:)

But are they any good though - if not get rid of them and free up your wage budget - Remeber though some leagues do not have youth teams and reserves so all of the senior players, reserves and youth will show in one squad.
