Different amount of times to gain nationality in Spain?

Basically I'm managing as Barcelona and I've found that some people need to be in the country for 3650 days (10 years) to gain nationality, whereas others only need 730 days (2 years).

Does anybody else have this in their game? And if so, why?

But doesn't it also work for Brazilians, who speak Portuguese rather than Spanish?
