New challenge, need ideas.

Hey everyone, im looking for a challenge in league one or preferably lower. Only thing i would like is a decent youth set up , apart from that i fancy any challenge. Any ideas? Getting bit bored of higher management. Thanks in advance.

Not been them on the game but Crewe have a really good youth setup in real life, might be worth a look

Thanks. Just finding after a couple years with a PL Team it gets kinda easy. I was celtic , it was way too easy and left for man united but i find after a season its easy as well. Gonna hand in my notice lol

Southampton is a good game, start with minus 10 points, and expected to get promotion (which is possible). Get £3m to start with, asked for more money when the chairman gave me £12m and got given nearly £6m to spend. Good fun so far on 10.3.

I'd still regard southampton as a big enough team... Although many will probably disagree with me lol

Create your own team in the editor, give them good youth facilities and plonk them in a low league.

Then try to succeed with only youth players. It's a good challenge.

I dont know about the youth facilities, but why are they important? If there really is an issue then you arent taking the maximum challenge

It is possible with any team, it just takes a lot of time.

I want good youth facitilites to i can nurture a higher amount of youth players to my first team than i would normally. Thats just my personal opinion.
