how do you make a screenshot on a mac and post it onto the web?

To capture the entire desktop, press Command-Shift-3. The screen shot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your desktop.

or just alt+f9 and it will go to the screenshots folder in SI directory

To post it here though, you also need to upload the picture to a site like photobucket and then post the link here, or put it between [img ] [ /img] tags (minus the spaces) if you want the picture to show in the thread
