Can I replace my U21 coach?

I'm managing England and want to fire my U21 coach. But the only thing that stops me from trying is if I actually can, then who do I hire? What attributes do I look for? Should he be English?

Yes you can fire him. Go to his profile, there will be a button called National Team, eading to a drop-down menu. One of the choices will be remove from U-21 team. Just be careful Pearce is not known as Psycho for nothing.

To replace him you would need a good tactical manager (i.e. high discipline, tactical knowledge, adaptability, motivational and man management), who is also good working with youngsters. If using a different formation is the problem look at the coaches preferred formation and style. For preference pick a manger from England, but it's not neccessary (just if you are looking at two similar mangers the English one is preferrable.

Awesome... He's going to pack his bags the sooner the better. The U21 team is way underachieving.
