Natural Fitness vs Long Term Injury

In the game for sure. In the RW natural fitness lend itself to a higher recovery rate. However with ligament issues, I was wondering if it is possible for that type of injury to be aided by nothing more than time.

Yeah. That should realy be post injury in my post. Just musing realy. Was thinking that Beckham will probably return a bit quicker because of his superb fitness, but probably no quicker than someone with the equivilent injury.
