New game 10.3 patch - cant select england!!??

Hey,

Im trying to start my first new game of the 10.3 patch. But when i try to select England as the nation - it doesnt allow me!! All the other nations are available??

If i revert back to 10.2 patch England is available again.

Any ideas about how i can get it to work for the 10.3 update??

** I just noticed it says that it requires 21 teams for the Northern premier premier and can only find 20. This is obviously whats stopping it. Anyone had this or know how to fix it? (im a bit of a technical ****** )

Do u have any editor data files loaded?

I've never used the editor and it says there are none enabled. Just the message i edited into my original post.

Ive searched a few places and it mentions something about kings lynn going into administration and not being in he new patch - making it one team short and not able to run. It said to turn of real fixtures and it should work - but it doesn't

are you trying to play a save from 10.2 with the 10.3 patch then? Have you tried starting a new game?

It was a steam update

How to delete your cache files

First of all you need to turn on hidden files and folders. Go to My Computer and at the top select 'Tools' then 'Folder Options'. Then go to the 'View' tab and select 'Show hidden files and folders'

Windows XP:

1. Open 'My Computer'

2. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\

3. Go into the 'Sports Interactive' folder

4. Delete any 'Football Manager' folder

Windows Vista:

1. Click 'Start'

2. Click your username on the Start Menu

3. Click on 'AppData' and then 'Roaming'

4. Go into the 'Sports Interactive' folder

5. Delete any 'Football Manager' folder

Mac OSX

1. Open Finder

2. Select <User>

3. Navigate to Library\Caches\Sports Interactive

4. Remove any “Football Manager” Folder

Sounds like a weird problem, never had this trouble.

Yeah - i deleted the cache files but no change. I just reinstalled the game and it fixed itself!

Basicaly i think if you continue a 10.2 saved game with 10.3 it then doesn't like you creating a new game in 10.3.
