(10.3) Player absent, yet unhappy with lack of football?!

I have recently signed a player called Subotic from Portsmouth and he told me had personal problems. So I though it would be best if i gave him a leave of absence and it was for a month but now he is unhappy about lack of first team football?! He isn't even at the club! Below are the two pictures. Can someone explain this please?!

Believe it or not. Happened to me at Portsmouth as well.

At the start of the game, Tosic was unsettled so I gave him a leave of absence for a month. He comes back and within a day.. he was unhappy about lack of football :confused: YOU WASNT HERE!

Yup it does happen. Ah where is now Tubby to tell me it's not a bug but that it reflects some higher real-life model.. Like Subotic is at home in Switzerland playing with clocks and eating chocolate and suddenly feels he needs football so he calls his coach - "PLAY ME NOW" - But you are not even in England mate! - "I don't care play me or I go ape!" xD

Haha that really sounds like a bug.

Players can even get unhappy because of your team harmony when they are loaned out to another team!

And just to clarify I am Stevenage and am Coca-Cola League 2. My team harmony is perfect! Everyone loves everyone and we are playing great football.

It is annoying me because his contract runs out at the end of the season and because of this he won't sign a new contract!! He is a great player and I do wanna keep him.

I've also had the same with players coming back from a long-term injury.

I get this alot, every season ive played in fm no matter who i am this happens to someone.
