JohnTerry-look-alike
How do i change the size of the window (FM) in windowed mode? I am operating on a mac. As you can see in the screenshot, half of the date is cut off so i can't see what the date is. I like everything else about this font so i don't really want to change skin. Anybody know how to change the size then? Thanks
NepentheZ
Put it in windowed mode, then you can change it manually. If it's still cut off in windowed mode, it's quite simply because your screen is too small. But it shouldn't be.
CooCooKaJoo
strange. i have a big screen (PC) and there is a limit to how asmall it can go. but i have seen screenshots preumsably from laptops which are very small where it has automatically adjusted to fit the screen i would recommend changing your resolution to as high as it will go
mlawrence00
2 options: 1) When you change to windowed mode there should be some options to select resolution within FM. 2) When in windowed mode, go to the bottom right hand corner click and drag in, just like you were resizing a finder window. If you FM window is too big at present to do this, then temporarily increase you mac resolution in sys preferences as to resize the window. I can resize FM to fit on 13inch, 15inch and 17 inch macbook pros using the second method, so you should be ok! Any problems feel free to PM me. mlawrence00
P.s hitting the green button in the top left might work - the 'maximize' one!
JohnTerry-look-alike
When grabbing the right bottom corner it will only let me adjust the width, not the height Also, my resolution is at the highest. Thanks for help
johadert
If SI would just sort it out and fix the Mac/10.3 issue, this wouldn't be a problem. Sort it out SI!
JohnTerry-look-alike
This isn't only in 10.3 but all versions and patches.
mlawrence00
I have not experienced this problem. It works perfectly fine on my mac - both width and height can be adjusted!

Joshua Newport
just had this problem.... solved it by moving the dock to the left. this then makes you able to grab the bottom right of the window, and re-adjust it. go into preferences and then dock to change the dock position. hope this helps! lhinchliffe
There is a thread which shows you to edit it, and gets rid of the date cut off - but I can't be bothered to search for it but it is out there!
