fm without the disc

i have jus got a mac book and i have installed fm and it works fine i was just wanted to know if their was a way to let me play without the disc????

not sure if it is different for windows OS, but i can play my game on vista without my disc.

yeah thats cause you use steam mine was like that but mac os x does not use steam

i dont use steam, i use the dvd boxed version, i can take the disc out and the game still plays as if it were in. Is this not normal ?

Actually Steam has recently become available on Mac's, is there any plans to make FM available on Steam through Mac? I assumed as the game is already coded and works in OSX it shouldn't be too difficult. It would mean us current Mac users could validate through steam and not have the use the DVD, which would be great for me because I go between 2 computers.
