Hi had a quick look around and couldnt find this but a suggestion for 2011: when sending on a player to be able to give them a quick word of encouragement, similar to a half time team talk. like if your behind and you send on another striker then you could say: "you can make the difference" or "just find one goal" or if returning from injury: "enjoy the run out and take it easy" etc. dont know what you think but to me it would be good imo.

You can already do that if you use touchline shouts to bring them on.

The only thing that would be nice is being able to use TS to bring on more than 1 sub at a time.

You can give them the team talk shouts when they come on too. I hardly ever use it (keep forgetting) but it's already there.

The only options though are You have faith, Expect a performance and I forget the third one sorry.

so is that when doing it from the match screen and not the tactics screen?

When you got the tactics screen and sub on a player, an extra tab should pop up team talk (or instructions) click on that and it will bring you to the instructions page. But be careful to not confirm the sub first if you want to use this option, as you can't use it once you leave the tactics screen.
