Need a little advice on the player front

Now let me firstly say, my favourite kind of player is one with a high work-rate, high determination and bravery. Naturally then follow the required attributes for position in question.

But after looking at some of the best players in the world, I want to know:

-Are mental attributes generally more important than the technical and physical attributes of a player?

-Also, which mental attributes do you believe are a must have for players at any level?

Any help with this is much appreciated.

I usually search for players with high Influence, determination, work rate and teamwork but its rare to find such gems.

For me its determination, workrate and professionalism with Ambition following close behind - these are over and above the attributes important to the position of course.
