A few problems

I have posted a few times about getting xml problems and now no how to fix it however this is keep hapening and i dont no why? Do i need to update any of my software? Any help is very appreicated (sp)

Also my laptop has now crashed twice whilst playing this game, what i mean by this is when i am playing a game suddenly the game freezes and i have to restart my laptop as that is the only thing i can do it will not let me go to my desktop or anywhere else for that matter.

Please help me sort out these problems as i have lost a a few hours of gameplay due to these issues as i had not saved for a while (yes, silly i no).
