Does the corner cheat even work in fm 2010?

I read about a corner 'cheat' in this thread - http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=53468 but it doesn't seem to work for me. Tried it with Middlesbrough and then Man United, but it just seems to get cleared every time..

Has it worked for anyone in 10.3 or has it now been fixed??

Apparently its there, but I don't want to ruin my saves, so am deliberately avoiding reading what it is.

I tried it so that I could see what it actually was.

I did score a few goals from corners but whose to say I wouldn't have scored them any way.

I found though that pretty quickly some teams would have a player marking the people outside the box or coming to intercept the ball on its way to the players outside the box.

Most of the time though the ball was either saved or blocked on the line by the opposition.

So if it is a "cheat" I dont think its much of one.

Yes, it's there. If you have the right player doing the right thing you can score lots of goals.

Yes, the corner bug is there. I got Rooney with 100+ goals per season, for 5 consecutive years. I quit using it, as I ended up winning the league with 150+ goals each season. Don't use it if you want the game to be realistic.

Um, the thread you linked to is two years old. That corner exploit was for FM 2008! It doesn't work anymore.

There is a different exploit in FM 2010. If you have a look in the Bugs Forum you should be able to find it.
