milesflash Posted March 19, 2010 Share Posted March 19, 2010 Just joined Middlesbrough half way through 2010/11 season, safely in middle table now and January window just started. I need to reduce the wage bill so am going to let a lot of the high wage players go, and looking to replace with young British talent that i can get without breaking the bank fee wise and wage wise (would like to implement wage structure at max of £10-15k a week). Hopefully promotion next season (might look to sneak the playoffs this year...) so players that can play in the Prem would be good. Anyone got any great ideas for me?
