IanRx
Hey all, I've been using classic tactics on fm10 as it allows me to set the individual player mentality close to the overall team mentality (as I like to keep all players within a few notches of the team ment). I would like to utilise the role selection brought in this year but it automatically changes the players mentality (some def some Attack etc) so it's hard to get a grasp on the exact number of notches a team mentality of attacking (for example) would represent. Does anyone know the equivalent notches for all of the preset team mentalities? E.g is attacking 15 notches and defensive 5 etc hope it makes sense. SCIAG
Team mentality on classic tactics actually means nothing if you set every individual to a mentality, so your question is effectively redundant. I'd approximate: Contain- 1 Defend- 5 Counter- 9 Standard- 11 Control- 12 Attacking- 15 Overload- 20 However, they are more about a style of play than simply a sliding scale of attacking-defensive- control involves shorter passing, for example. IanRx
Cheers for the response. I don't change all players ment just a few dependent on the tactics I use. In terms of passing and tempo etc I would experiment past the presets.
SCIAG
The creator doesn't use Team Mentality, btw, so I'm guessing the rough average for team mentality.
IanRx
The numbers that you put above look about right tbh. I just wondered if there was a definative conversion so to speak
