If you don't mind who than just go unemployed and see what comes up (like I do when I want to avoid what for me would be the obvious ones, and in fact is how I'm going to do it from now on), or if you want to start higher up but with a low rep, I'm sure there's a random selector at that screen (which isn't binding, as you can still choose if you don't like what comes up).
